Calf Stretch


 

Quad Stretch:

Hints: Lie flat on firm surface. Hold ankle and bend knee so you feel a stretch. Perform by yourself or have a partner help.

 

 

 

Hip Flexor Stretch:

Hint: Keep trunk straight up.

 

 

 

 

Quad Set:

Hint: Tighten muscle on front of thigh

Knee Flexion:

Hints: Stand holding ankle. Bend knee upward so you feel a stretch. Make sure the thigh stays in line with your body.
